Regina began working at Parkhouse Grange in 1999 as a Care Assistant. In order to fulfil her aspiration Regina became a Senior Care Assistant and decided to continuously develop her career path leading to Head Senior and then Acting Manager.
In 2002 Regina became the Registered Manager for Parkhouse Grange; providing dignified quality care to Residents and support for their Relatives. Regina is also an Older Persons Dignity Champion and became a Dementia Friend in 2013; which is an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Society.
Laura has worked in residential care sector for 17 years; throughout her time has performed many roles gaining an in-depth understanding of residential care.
In 2006 Laura began working at Parkhouse Grange as a Care Assistant and very quickly worked her way up the ladder to become a joint Manager in 2014.
Laura is extremely passionate about dementia care and strives to continuously improve an individual’s experience of dementia; she believes with the right approach and understanding individuals can go on to lead fulfilling and happy lives despite their diagnosis.
Laura’s role is to ensure that the home is run smoothly and that resident’s health, well-being and happiness are at the heart of what we do.
Emily started working at Parkhouse Grange in 2009 as a night Care Assistant, without any prior knowledge in the care sector it became clear in the first few weeks that it was the career path that Emily wanted to follow. In 2011 Emily was promoted to Senior Care Assistant and then became Head Senior in 2014.
Emily’s role as Head Senior involves overseeing the Senior Care Staff and providing feedback to the Managers, ensuring the smooth running of the home in their absence. Emily is an advocate of person centred care and monitor’s the care plan of each resident to ensure that they reflect their individuality and preferences. Being committed to ensuring each resident receives the best care possible, and as such making them feel valued as individuals; Emily is also a dignity champion.
After relocating to the Leicestershire Area, Kellie became the Administrator at Parkhouse Grange in April 2012. With over 30 years’ experience, Kellie has performed a variety of roles from: Executive P/A, Office Manager to Accounts and Administration; and has recently completed an NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.
As an Older Person’s Dignity Champion Kellie understands the importance of a safe and protected environment and offers support to Resident’s, their Families and Staff Members.
Jake has worked at Parkhouse Grange since February 2007. Specialising in home cooking for resident’s including the preparation of special meals in order to meet all kinds of dietary needs. Jake completed his NVQ level 2 in Catering at North Warwickshire & Hinckley College in 2007.
Julie began employment as a Domestic at Parkhouse Grange in January 2005. She promoted to Head Domestic in April 2008 and completed her NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping in July 2008. Julie takes great pride in ensuring the cleanliness of Parkhouse Grange.
