My name is Tez Burbank, I am the Care Home Manager of Enderby Grange. I have worked as Manager since 2004 but have been with the Company from 1998 and have progressed from Care Assistant to Senior Carer, then Deputy Manager to present status. I continue to self-develop my knowledge and skills through courses and training provided by the Home and externally to provide a high quality of care to the service users and staff. I am the training for Trainers on Manual Handling. I am an Older Peoples Dignity Champion and a Dementia Friend.
My name is Elaine Cooke, I have been working at Enderby Grange since March 2004 starting as a Care Assistant and then promoted to Senior in 2005. I was then promoted to Head Senior and then to Deputy Manager in 2007. I have my NVQ 3 and Team Leading NVQ and I am an Older Peoples Dignity Champion. I am also the trainer for Trainers in Moving and Handling.
My name is Tracey Fry, I have been the Administrator at Enderby Grange since June 2016. I have worked in care for over 15 years and after taking a 2 year IT Admin/Accounts course at College decided to change direction, and with my new skills and experience I became Administrator here at Enderby Grange.
My name is Gay Bunce, I have worked at Enderby Grange since May 2006. I specialise in home cooking for our residents including preparation of special meals for all kinds of dietary needs. I gained my NVQ 2 in Catering in 2010 and continue to complete all mandatory training at the home.
My name is Andrea Barley, I have worked at Enderby Grange since July 2010. I started as a domestic and worked hard to become Head Domestic. I have my Intermediate Level in Healthcare Support Services and continue to complete all mandatory training at the Home. Infection Control, Food Hygiene, SOVA etc.
